Rosaviatsia restrictions on 29 October

Overnight and this morning Rosaviatsia imposed temporary flight restrictions at 21 airports. They currently remain in effect at 15 airports:

• Yaroslavl (Tunoshna) since 01:27 (7 h 32 min)
• Saransk since 02:40 (6 h 19 min)
• Samara (Kurumoch) since 03:58 (6 h 1 min)
• Ulyanovsk (Baratayevka) since 03:58 (6 h 1 min)
• Cheboksary since 03:13 (5 h 46 min)
• Bugulma since 03:34 (5 h 25 min)
• Kazan since 03:34 (5 h 25 min)
• Nizhnekamsk (Begishevo) since 03:34 (5 h 25 min)
• Cherepovets since 03:59 (5 h)
• Kirov (Pobedilovo) since 05:58 (3 h 1 min)
• Ufa since 07:58 (3 h 1 min)
• Orenburg since 08:09 (2 h 50 min)
• Izhevsk since 07:10 (2 h 49 min)
• Perm (Bolshoye Savino) since 08:54 (2 h 5 min)
• Chelyabinsk (Balandino) since 09:33 (1 h 26 min)

Restrictions at 6 airports have already been lifted:

• Zhukovsky from 05:15 on 28 October to 18:12 on 28 October, from 23:50 on 28 October to 00:45, from 01:58 to 03:38 and from 05:16 to 06:46 (17 h 2 min)
• Kaluga (Grabtsevo) from 20:33 on 28 October to 08:18 (11 h 44 min)
• Vnukovo from 22:08 on 28 October to 06:46 (8 h 38 min)
• Domodedovo from 22:58 on 28 October to 06:46 (7 h 48 min)
• Penza from 23:52 on 28 October to 01:43 and from 02:10 to 07:49 (7 h 29 min)
• Saratov (Gagarin) from 00:52 to 02:43 and from 03:40 to 08:12 (6 h 22 min)

Operating under a special regime, with arrivals and departures subject to approval by state authorities: Nizhny Novgorod (Strigino) since 01:35.

According to Rosaviatsia, all restrictions were imposed to ensure flight safety. Times are in Moscow time, except where local time is specified for airports in other time zones.

Delays and cancellations on airport flight boards

According to airport flight boards, 515 flights are currently delayed at 24 airports, and 46 flights have been cancelled. Most delays are at Vnukovo (83), Pulkovo (59) and Sheremetyevo (49).

Vnukovo: 83 delays and 10 cancellations

At Vnukovo, 83 flights are delayed (51 departures and 32 arrivals), and 10 flights have been cancelled. Rosaviatsia restrictions were in effect here from 22:08 to 06:46 (8 h 38 min).

Departures

The TK 410 departure to Istanbul has been moved from 00:35 to 14:15, while DP 1433 to Perm is now due to leave at 12:20 instead of 00:35. J2 810 to Baku has been pushed back to 14:05 (scheduled 00:55), while TK 412 to Istanbul will depart at 21:10 instead of 02:05. Flights to Termez, Ufa, Antalya, Istanbul, Ankara, Dubai and 14 other destinations are also delayed.

Departed late: 3F 3324 to Yerevan (5 h 33 min behind schedule), 4G 295 to Talakan (1 h 21 min behind schedule), UT 6315 to Bovanenkovo (2 h 51 min behind schedule) and 4S 338 to Sharm El Sheikh (1 h 56 min behind schedule).

Cancelled departures: to Grozny (UT 355), to Istanbul (TK 422, VF 328), to Dubai (FZ 970) and to Saint Petersburg (FV 6162).

Arrivals

The VF 275 arrival from Istanbul is now expected at 07:50 instead of 01:50, while DP 436 from Ufa will land at 13:43 instead of 07:20. DP 734 from Termez is delayed until 18:01 (scheduled 10:05), while NE 610 from Hurghada is due at 19:41 instead of 14:00. Flights from Ulyanovsk, Tashkent, Chelyabinsk, Ufa, Bugulma, Saint Petersburg and 10 other cities are also delayed.

Pulkovo: 59 delays and 17 cancellations

At Pulkovo, 59 flights are delayed (33 departures and 26 arrivals), and 17 flights have been cancelled.

The FV 6231 departure to Samara has been moved from 07:35 to 09:35, while DP 539 to Mineralnye Vody is now due to leave at 10:50 instead of 08:10. DP 6826 to Moscow has been pushed back to 19:45 (scheduled 17:00), while 7R 249 to Yaroslavl will depart at 21:10 instead of 17:40. Flights to Moscow, Kazan, Izhevsk, Astrakhan, Cherepovets, Hurghada and 3 other destinations are also delayed.
