About the airline

The airline operates domestic and international flights. The company is based in Moscow, Yekaterinburg and other cities.

Ural Airlines is a Russian passenger airline operating scheduled and charter domestic and international flights. Its headquarters are located in Yekaterinburg.

The Ural Airlines fleet consists of Airbus A320 family aircraft, which greatly simplifies pilot training. The airline has hubs at Yekaterinburg Koltsovo Airport and Moscow Domodedovo Airport, as well as maintenance centres at Koltsovo, Domodedovo and Pulkovo airports. The airline also operates with Zhukovsky Airport.

Ural Airlines is not a member of any airline alliances but has more than 50 interline agreements with Russian and foreign carriers, including Czech Airlines, Emirates, Air China and others. The company also operates fifth freedom flights to China and Thailand.

Ural Airlines is a member of the IATA Clearing House and a participant in the Multilateral Interline Agreement. The airline has a frequent flyer programme called Wings and publishes a full-colour in-flight magazine, UAM.

In 2018, the airline served more than 9 million passengers. It is among the five largest passenger carriers in Russia.
