Rosaviatsia restrictions on 23 September

Overnight and this morning Rosaviatsia imposed temporary flight restrictions at 17 airports. They currently remain in effect at 4 airports:

• Bugulma since 02:32 (6 h 27 min)
• Ufa since 05:33 (5 h 26 min)
• Izhevsk since 07:48 (2 h 11 min)
• Magnitogorsk since 09:26 (1 h 33 min)

Restrictions at 13 airports have already been lifted:

• Kaluga (Grabtsevo) from 21:46 on 22 September to 07:07 (9 h 21 min)
• Tambov (Donskoye) from 21:46 on 22 September to 07:07 (9 h 21 min)
• Gelendzhik from 22:22 on 22 September to 06:56 (8 h 34 min)
• Ulyanovsk (Baratayevka) from 01:57 to 09:25 (7 h 28 min)
• Sochi from 23:51 on 22 September to 06:56 (7 h 4 min)
• Penza from 22:55 on 22 September to 05:54 (6 h 59 min)
• Saratov (Gagarin) from 23:55 on 22 September to 06:54 (6 h 59 min)
• Nizhny Novgorod (Strigino) from 00:11 to 07:06 (6 h 55 min)
• Kazan from 02:00 to 08:25 (6 h 24 min)
• Nizhnekamsk (Begishevo) from 02:32 to 08:25 (5 h 52 min)
• Samara (Kurumoch) from 04:07 to 08:10 (4 h 2 min)
• Cheboksary from 03:56 to 06:36 (2 h 40 min)
• Domodedovo from 23:55 on 22 September to 01:59 (2 h 4 min)

According to Rosaviatsia, all restrictions were imposed to ensure flight safety. Times are in Moscow time, except where local time is specified for airports in other time zones.

Delays and cancellations on airport flight boards

According to airport flight boards, 707 flights are currently delayed at 24 airports, and 57 flights have been cancelled. Most delays are at Pulkovo (78), Sochi (73) and Vnukovo (71).

Pulkovo: 78 delays and 6 cancellations

At Pulkovo, 78 flights are delayed (46 departures and 32 arrivals), and 6 flights have been cancelled.

Departures

The FV 6595 departure to Kazan has been moved from 06:30 to 10:30, while DP 527 to Nizhnekamsk is now due to leave at 11:15 instead of 07:45. WZ 707 to Batumi has been pushed back to 16:25 (scheduled 11:00), while FV 6565 to Sochi will depart at 18:20 instead of 15:10. Flights to Sharm El Sheikh, Makhachkala, Ufa, Kazan, Astrakhan, Nalchik and 7 other destinations are also delayed.

Departed late: C6 422 to Tashkent (4 h 1 min behind schedule), FV 6401 to Yekaterinburg (4 h 53 min behind schedule), FZ 992 to Dubai (2 h 44 min behind schedule) and 5N 501 to Yekaterinburg (1 h 56 min behind schedule).

Cancelled departures: to Moscow (SU 29, FV 6094, FV 6708), to Minsk (B2 940) and to Khujand (U6 2641).

Arrivals

The FV 6566 arrival from Sochi is now expected at 16:05 instead of 01:00, while DP 516 from Yekaterinburg will land at 10:41 instead of 06:35. FV 6402 from Yekaterinburg is delayed until 11:40 (scheduled 07:05), while WZ 708 from Batumi is due at 15:15 instead of 10:00. Flights from Omsk, Yekaterinburg, Makhachkala, Moscow, Irkutsk, Novy Urengoy and 11 other cities are also delayed.

Landed late: UJ 625 from Cairo (2 h 4 min behind schedule) and DP 550 from Chelyabinsk (1 h 28 min behind schedule).

Pulkovo Airport flight status and arrivals and departures

Sochi: 73 delays and 10 cancellations

At Sochi, 73 flights are delayed (35 departures and 38 arrivals), and 10 flights have been cancelled. Rosaviatsia restrictions were in effect here from 23:51 to 06:56 (7 h 4 min).

Departures

The A4 5085 departure to Samarkand has been moved from 00:05 to 08:45, while SU 1119 to Moscow is now due to leave at 10:25 instead of 01:25. FV 6601 to Yekaterinburg has been pushed back to 16:50 (scheduled 08:40), while SU 1153 to Moscow will depart at 21:15 instead of 11:50. Flights to Tyumen, Omsk, Saransk, Batumi, Antalya, Istanbul and 15 other destinations are also delayed.

Cancelled departures: to Yaroslavl (A4 5005), to Moscow (SU 1075, SU 1111), to Samara (FV 6203) and to Antalya (6K 1121).

Arrivals

The FV 6869 arrival from Mineralnye Vody is now expected at 16:05 instead of 05:30, while FV 6348 from Astrakhan will land at 18:50 instead of 06:00. FV 6670 from Vladikavkaz is delayed until 18:00 (scheduled 06:00), while FV 6148 from Omsk is due at 21:10 instead of 08:40. Flights from Moscow, Mineralnye Vody, Novosibirsk, Grozny, Makhachkala, Perm and 15 other cities are also delayed.

The N4 757 departure to Barnaul has been moved from 01:05 to 14:30, while RT 555 to Novy Urengoy is now due to leave at 08:50 instead of 02:50. WZ 4667 to Astana has been pushed back to 10:00 (scheduled 03:20), while FV 6202 to Sochi will depart at 21:05 instead of 14:55.
