Rosaviatsia restrictions on 24 October

Overnight and this morning Rosaviatsia imposed temporary flight restrictions at 21 airports. They currently remain in effect at 13 airports:

• Ulyanovsk (Baratayevka) since 04:31 (5 h 28 min)
• Samara (Kurumoch) since 04:37 (5 h 22 min)

According to airport flight boards, 718 flights are currently delayed at 24 airports, and 160 flights have been cancelled. Most delays are at Pulkovo (105), Sheremetyevo (89) and Vnukovo (70).

DP 519 to Astrakhan has been pushed back to 14:45 (scheduled 09:45), while B2 920 to Brest will depart at 00:35 on 25 October instead of 18:55. Flights to Sochi, Kazan, Nizhnekamsk, Krasnodar, Mineralnye Vody, Kaliningrad and 10 other destinations are also delayed.

At Vnukovo, 70 flights are delayed (52 departures and 18 arrivals), and 25 flights have been cancelled. Rosaviatsia restrictions were in effect here from 12:55 to 18:36 (5 h 40 min), from 21:12 to 22:40 (1 h 28 min) and from 23:05 to 07:32 (8 h 27 min).
