Rosaviatsia restrictions on 2 October

Overnight and this morning Rosaviatsia imposed temporary flight restrictions at 21 airports. They currently remain in effect at 11 airports:

• Volgograd (Gumrak) since 00:28 (8 h 31 min)
• Penza since 00:29 (8 h 30 min)
• Saratov (Gagarin) since 01:29 (8 h 30 min)
• Ulyanovsk (Baratayevka) since 04:10 (5 h 49 min)
• Samara (Kurumoch) since 04:43 (5 h 16 min)
• Kazan since 04:29 (4 h 30 min)
• Orenburg since 06:29 (4 h 30 min)
• Nizhnekamsk (Begishevo) since 04:41 (4 h 18 min)
• Cheboksary since 04:41 (4 h 18 min)
• Ufa since 07:02 (3 h 57 min)
• Magnitogorsk since 09:40 (1 h 19 min)

Restrictions at 10 airports have already been lifted:

• Kaluga (Grabtsevo) from 23:31 on 1 October to 06:37 (7 h 5 min)
• Vnukovo from 01:22 to 06:39 (5 h 17 min)
• Sochi from 21:20 on 1 October to 01:45 (4 h 25 min)
• Tambov (Donskoye) from 18:29 on 1 October to 22:12 on 1 October (3 h 43 min)
• Bugulma from 04:29 to 07:30 (3 h 1 min)
• Kirov (Pobedilovo) from 05:02 to 07:27 (2 h 25 min)
• Izhevsk from 06:28 to 08:27 (1 h 59 min)
• Perm (Bolshoye Savino) from 07:28 to 09:27 (1 h 59 min)
• Zhukovsky from 17:41 on 1 October to 19:35 on 1 October (1 h 53 min)
• Domodedovo from 19:36 on 1 October to 19:48 on 1 October (12 min)

Operating under a special regime, with arrivals and departures subject to approval by state authorities: Nizhny Novgorod (Strigino) since 02:42.

According to Rosaviatsia, all restrictions were imposed to ensure flight safety. Times are in Moscow time, except where local time is specified for airports in other time zones.

Delays and cancellations on airport flight boards

According to airport flight boards, 643 flights are currently delayed at 24 airports, and 35 flights have been cancelled. Most delays are at Vnukovo (108), Pulkovo (73) and Sheremetyevo (48).

Vnukovo: 108 delays and 9 cancellations

At Vnukovo, 108 flights are delayed (75 departures and 33 arrivals), and 9 flights have been cancelled. Rosaviatsia restrictions were in effect here from 01:22 to 06:39 (5 h 17 min).

Departures

The DP 423 departure to Samara has been moved from 07:00 to 12:00, while FZ 970 to Dubai is now due to leave at 11:50 instead of 07:20. TK 408 to Istanbul has been pushed back to 11:30 (scheduled 07:35), while UT 575 to Krasnodar will depart at 14:00 instead of 10:20. Flights to Tbilisi, Istanbul, Hurghada, Antalya, Ulyanovsk, Dubai and 13 other destinations are also delayed.

Departed late: TK 212 to Antalya (1 h 31 min behind schedule), NE 605 to Hurghada (2 h 11 min behind schedule), NE 601 to Hurghada (2 h 10 min behind schedule) and NE 645 to Sharm El Sheikh (1 h 25 min behind schedule).

Cancelled departures: to Tambov (7R 193), to Istanbul (DP 737), to Vladikavkaz (DP 197) and to Saratov (DP 475).

Arrivals

The 3F 321 arrival from Yerevan is now expected at 12:37 instead of 08:10, while UT 356 from Grozny will land at 13:05 instead of 08:50. DP 114 from Sochi is delayed until 18:40 (scheduled 12:05), while 4G 260 from Novy Urengoy is due at 20:26 instead of 14:15. Flights from Ufa, Makhachkala, Samara, Hurghada, Termez, Antalya and 3 other cities are also delayed.

Landed late: NE 604 from Hurghada (1 h 9 min behind schedule), NE 600 from Hurghada (1 h 22 min behind schedule), DP 730 from Fergana (2 h 20 min behind schedule) and NE 618 from Hurghada (2 h 42 min behind schedule).

Cancelled arrivals: from Saratov (DP 476), from Vladikavkaz (DP 198), from Yekaterinburg (DP 408), from Saint Petersburg (FV 6019) and from Istanbul (DP 738).

Pulkovo: 73 delays and 9 cancellations

At Pulkovo, 73 flights are delayed (34 departures and 39 arrivals), and 9 flights have been cancelled.

The A9 786 departure to Tbilisi has been moved from 04:30 to 08:30, while FV 6595 to Kazan is now due to leave at 10:30 instead of 06:30. FV 6973 to Baku has been pushed back to 10:30 (scheduled 07:30), while FV 6569 to Sochi will depart at 15:30 instead of 10:30. Flights to Vladikavkaz, Batumi, Saratov, Stavropol, Sochi, Mineralnye Vody and 5 other destinations are also delayed.

Departed late: FV 6829 to Gorno-Altaysk (3 h behind schedule) and FZ 992 to Dubai (3 h 2 min behind schedule).

Cancelled departures: to Moscow (FV 6019, FV 6040, FV 6580, FV 6094, FV 6050), to Tehran (W5 1103) and to Dushanbe (U6 2879).

Arrivals
