Rosaviatsia restrictions on 10 October

Overnight and this morning Rosaviatsia imposed temporary flight restrictions at 17 airports. They currently remain in effect at 3 airports:

• Kaluga (Grabtsevo) since 21:25 on 9 October (11 h 34 min)
• Tambov (Donskoye) since 22:29 on 9 October (10 h 30 min)
• Yaroslavl (Tunoshna) since 06:18 (2 h 41 min)

Restrictions at 14 airports have already been lifted:

• Kotlas from 20:39 on 9 October to 06:20 (9 h 41 min)
• Syktyvkar from 20:39 on 9 October to 06:20 (9 h 41 min)
• Sheremetyevo from 15:38 on 9 October to 23:15 on 9 October and from 08:11 to 08:48 (8 h 14 min)
• Saratov (Gagarin) from 23:13 on 9 October to 06:28 (7 h 15 min)
• Penza from 22:13 on 9 October to 05:28 (7 h 15 min)
• Vnukovo from 15:38 on 9 October to 18:40 on 9 October, from 22:40 on 9 October to 23:26 on 9 October and from 08:11 to 08:48 (4 h 24 min)
• Domodedovo from 15:10 on 9 October to 18:40 on 9 October and from 08:11 to 08:48 (4 h 7 min)
• Zhukovsky from 15:42 on 9 October to 18:40 on 9 October and from 08:11 to 08:48 (3 h 36 min)
• Nizhny Novgorod (Strigino) from 05:04 to 06:34 (1 h 30 min)
• Kazan from 05:04 to 06:09 (1 h 4 min)
• Samara (Kurumoch) from 06:04 to 06:43 (38 min)
• Ulyanovsk (Baratayevka) from 06:04 to 06:43 (38 min)

According to Rosaviatsia, all restrictions were imposed to ensure flight safety. Times are in Moscow time, except where local time is specified for airports in other time zones.

Delays and cancellations on airport flight boards

According to airport flight boards, 774 flights are currently delayed at 24 airports, and 128 flights have been cancelled. Most delays are at Vnukovo (160), Pulkovo (125) and Sheremetyevo (87).

Vnukovo: 160 delays and 18 cancellations

At Vnukovo, 160 flights are delayed (94 departures and 66 arrivals), and 18 flights have been cancelled. Rosaviatsia restrictions were in effect here from 15:38 to 18:40 (3 h 1 min), from 22:40 to 23:26 (45 min) and from 08:11 to 08:48 (37 min).

Departures

The FV 6188 departure to Saint Petersburg has been moved from 00:30 to 10:30, while NE 603 to Hurghada is now due to leave at 15:15 instead of 04:30. NE 639 to Sharm El Sheikh has been pushed back to 16:30 (scheduled 06:05), while TK 3025 to Antalya will depart at 13:45 on 11 October instead of 13:45. Flights to Surgut, Istanbul, Grozny, Antalya, Nukus, Igarka and 23 other destinations are also delayed.

Departed late: TK 6907 to Antalya (3 h 54 min behind schedule), HY 606 to Samarkand (6 h 7 min behind schedule), TK 3003 to Antalya (5 h 12 min behind schedule) and 3F 324 to Yerevan (4 h 23 min behind schedule).

TK 3024 from Antalya is delayed until 12:35 on 11 October (scheduled 12:35), while UT 810 from Samarkand is due at 20:17 on 11 October instead of 19:00. Flights from Samara, Saint Petersburg, Tbilisi, Hurghada, Ufa, Dar Es Salaam and 17 other cities are also delayed.

At Sheremetyevo, 87 flights are delayed (25 departures and 62 arrivals), and 56 flights have been cancelled. Rosaviatsia restrictions were in effect here from 15:38 to 23:15 (7 h 36 min) and from 08:11 to 08:48 (37 min).
