Rosaviatsia restrictions on 13 September

Overnight and this morning Rosaviatsia imposed temporary flight restrictions at 12 airports. They currently remain in effect at 5 airports:

• Gelendzhik since 19:30 on 12 September (13 h 29 min)
• Ulyanovsk (Baratayevka) since 01:57 (8 h 2 min)
• Orenburg since 03:30 (7 h 29 min)
• Penza since 08:36 (23 min)
• Saratov (Gagarin) since 09:36 (23 min)

Restrictions at 7 airports have already been lifted:

• Kazan from 01:37 to 07:40 (6 h 3 min)
• Samara (Kurumoch) from 01:57 to 07:28 (5 h 30 min)
• Izhevsk from 08:09 to 09:53 (1 h 43 min)
• Kirov (Pobedilovo) from 07:09 to 08:53 (1 h 43 min)
• Makhachkala (Uytash) from 07:09 to 08:32 (1 h 23 min)
• Bugulma from 07:09 to 07:40 (31 min)
• Nizhnekamsk (Begishevo) from 07:09 to 07:40 (31 min)

According to Rosaviatsia, all restrictions were imposed to ensure flight safety. Times are in Moscow time, except where local time is specified for airports in other time zones.

Delays and cancellations on airport flight boards

According to airport flight boards, 848 flights are currently delayed at 24 airports, and 18 flights have been cancelled. Most delays are at Pulkovo (113), Vnukovo (76) and Koltsovo (74).

Pulkovo: 113 delays and 3 cancellations

At Pulkovo, 113 flights are delayed (60 departures and 53 arrivals), and 3 flights have been cancelled.

Departures

The N4 255 departure to Ufa has been moved from 00:50 to 08:15, while N4 307 to Omsk is now due to leave at 10:00 instead of 01:05. FV 6571 to Krasnoyarsk has been pushed back to 16:50 (scheduled 10:50), while D2 9645 to Cherepovets will depart at 18:30 instead of 11:30. Flights to Tbilisi, Kazan, Kotlas, Vladikavkaz, Grozny, Nizhnekamsk and 15 other destinations are also delayed.

Departed late: FV 6401 to Yekaterinburg (4 h 27 min behind schedule), FZ 992 to Dubai (4 h 26 min behind schedule), FV 6461 to Chelyabinsk (3 h 16 min behind schedule) and 5N 587 to Orenburg (6 h 37 min behind schedule).

Cancelled departures: to Kazan (N4 243) and to Dushanbe (U6 2879).

Arrivals

The WZ 708 arrival from Batumi is now expected at 12:55 instead of 00:35, while FV 6566 from Sochi will land at 16:15 instead of 01:20. U6 2642 from Khujand is delayed until 12:55 (scheduled 04:30), while N4 308 from Omsk is due at 17:55 instead of 09:40. Flights from Ufa, Surgut, Chelyabinsk, Yekaterinburg, Orenburg, Novosibirsk and 19 other cities are also delayed.

The DP 1321 departure to Tyumen has been moved from 01:10 to 15:20, while SU 1119 to Moscow is now due to leave at 17:55 instead of 01:25. N4 417 to Ufa has been pushed back to 19:35 (scheduled 01:35), while N4 431 to Orenburg will depart at 22:40 instead of 08:30. Flights to Barnaul, Moscow, Yekaterinburg, Chelyabinsk, Arkhangelsk, Sharm El Sheikh and 13 other destinations are also delayed.
