Rosaviatsia restrictions on 14 September

All restrictions have now been lifted. Overnight and this morning Rosaviatsia imposed them at 6 airports:

• Krasnodar (Pashkovsky) from 23:37 on 13 September to 07:01 (7 h 23 min)
• Tambov (Donskoye) from 23:28 on 13 September to 05:59 (6 h 30 min)
• Volgograd (Gumrak) from 01:35 to 07:01 (5 h 25 min)
• Vladikavkaz (Beslan) from 03:05 to 07:01 (3 h 56 min)
• Grozny from 03:05 to 07:01 (3 h 56 min)
• Makhachkala (Uytash) from 03:05 to 07:01 (3 h 56 min)

Operating under a special regime, with arrivals and departures subject to approval by state authorities: Sochi since 08:28.

According to Rosaviatsia, all restrictions were imposed to ensure flight safety. Times are in Moscow time, except where local time is specified for airports in other time zones.

Delays and cancellations on airport flight boards

According to airport flight boards, 666 flights are currently delayed at 24 airports, and 59 flights have been cancelled. Most delays are at Pulkovo (106), Sochi (70) and Vnukovo (70).

Pulkovo: 106 delays and 3 cancellations

At Pulkovo, 106 flights are delayed (58 departures and 48 arrivals), and 3 flights have been cancelled.

Departures

The N4 255 departure to Ufa has been moved from 00:45 to 09:35, while FV 6583 to Perm is now due to leave at 16:05 instead of 09:00. DP 506 to Makhachkala has been pushed back to 17:05 (scheduled 09:05), while FV 6353 to Mineralnye Vody will depart at 22:30 instead of 11:20. Flights to Sochi, Moscow, Tyumen, Vladikavkaz, Grozny, Krasnodar and 16 other destinations are also delayed.

Departed late: N4 309 to Tomsk (5 h 10 min behind schedule), DP 1595 to Makhachkala (8 h 5 min behind schedule), FZ 992 to Dubai (3 h 37 min behind schedule) and FV 6111 to Nizhnevartovsk (4 h 37 min behind schedule).
